Conditions of Sale
Each Taos Auction Company auction is conducted under the terms announced with that sale. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the conditions below.
Bidding
Lots are sold as-is; condition reports and additional photographs are available on request before the sale. We present our auctions on BidSquare, Invaluable, AuctionZip and LiveAuctioneers; each platform’s registration and bidding terms apply alongside these conditions.
Pick-up & shipping
Winning lots must be collected within 30 working days of the close of the auction; after 30 days, storage fees of not less than $5 per day apply. The buyer arranges and pays for shipping; no item is released until payment has cleared in full.
Payment
We accept automatic payment through your bidding site, money order or cashier’s check, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (a 3% processing fee applies to credit cards), COD and wire transfer.
